Oyese offers a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. Please ensure you are familiar with the policy below prior to making your purchase.
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will provide $15 to cover the return shipping cost.
- If the return is due to incorrect sizing or a change of mind, the return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer.
- If the return is for non-quality-related reasons, the return shipping cost will also be borne by the customer.

- Items must be returned in their original condition, along with all accompanying accessories, documents, and hangtags included with your order.
- Returns on Buy One Get One Free promotions will be prorated across all qualifying items and applied to the refund or credit amount.
- Please allow up to 14 business days for us to process your return, and one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. If you return part of an order that was placed under a promotion, your refund amount may be adjusted accordingly.

Got so many compliments at my bridal shower. It doesn’t come with a liner so you will need to buy one. It has no stretch to it. I’m medium and got medium and it was perfect. But if you wish it to be a little looser, size up. The neck goes up really high, I just folded it over.
