RETURN POLICY

Please contact us via email at oyese@oyese.com before returning or exchanging any items.

Oyese offers a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. Please ensure you are familiar with the policy below prior to making your purchase.

1. If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will provide $15 to cover the return shipping cost.
2. If the return is due to incorrect sizing or a change of mind, the return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer.
3. If the return is for non-quality-related reasons, the return shipping cost will also be borne by the customer.

Please Note:

• Items must be returned in their original condition, along with all accompanying accessories, documents, and hangtags included with your order.
• Returns on Buy One Get One Free promotions will be prorated across all qualifying items and applied to the refund or credit amount.
• Please allow up to 14 business days for us to process your return, and one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. If you return part of an order that was placed under a promotion, your refund amount may be adjusted accordingly.

We aim to respond to all inquiries within 1–3 business days.

To initiate a return, please email oyese@oyese.com with your order number and return request to confirm your eligibility. Once approved, we will provide you with the return address. Please share the shipping carrier and tracking number with us once your return has been shipped.
